Google Calendar integration
How Coach2AI uses Google Calendar
Coaches can optionally connect their Google Calendar so that their clients can book sessions with them. Coach2AI uses this access only for booking sessions:
- Reads busy times (free/busy only), so clients are only offered free slots and double bookings are avoided. Titles, descriptions, locations and attendees of existing events are not read.
- Reads the list of the coach's calendars, so busy times in their other calendars are taken into account too.
- Reads calendar settings such as time zone and default event length, so sessions are offered at the right time and length.
- Creates, changes and deletes only the events for sessions booked through Coach2AI, with the client as attendee and a Google Meet link. No other events are read or changed.
Data received from Google is not sold, not used for advertising, not passed to AI providers and not used to train AI models. Coaches can disconnect their calendar at any time.
Coach2AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
